Set your weekly limit
1. Click the plus icon + on the drink tracker widget in the top corner.
2. You’ll see the “Add Drink” Popup.
3. On the top left corner is the settings icon.
4. Click settings icon & set your weekly limit! (You can change this as your journey changes)
Change date
1. On the same “Add Drink” Popup, click on the date
2. Select the a date on the calendar to change your log date (You can also swipe left through the graph to see previous weeks)
Edit drinks
1. Click the time icon on the drink tracker widget in the top corner.
2. You’ll see the History page, where you can see your full history of logged drinks
3. Tap on the day you want to edit
4. You’ll see the Edit Drink Popup.
5. Now you can edit the amount of drinks for that day!
Delete drinks
1. Go to the History page in the top corner of your drink tracker
2. Swipe left on days that you’d like to delete, like deleting a Note on the Apple Notes App
3. Press delete
How to log drinks
In our old version, you would need to tally up your drinks. In this new update, simple log a drink whenever you drink, and the graph will display your new total!
Previous weeks
You can swipe the graph to see your previous weeks
Why your drinks are showing up as 0
That’s because the week resets on Monday! You can swipe on the graph to see your past week
Open your Reframe app and click on the “Me” tab at the bottom right of the screen.

Reframe has recently incorporated the ability to sync some of your data across multiple devices, but not all of the features have multi-device support. This is because your data is stored locally on your device in an effort to ensure that your private information stays private!

You can find your Road Map at the top left corner of the “DAILY TASKS” page. All Road Map modules are locked until they are accessed through your Daily Tasks. We do this because the content is meant to be read in a specific order and in specific increments to help keep it all digestible.
As you continue to complete Daily Tasks, you will unlock more readings in your Road Map. Once you've unlocked them you can go back whenever you'd like to read them! You just cannot read ahead.
1. Head to “My Profile” page and click “Change Password.”
2. Check your email for the confirmation code (double check your spam folder!).
3. Input the confirmation code and enter a new password.
Recoins are awarded when you complete your Daily Tasks and can be used towards Courses, Challenges, Workshops, and more! You will currently earn 35 Recoins per day for completing your Daily Tasks, and we are working to expand the Recoin feature in the near future.
"Daily Tasks" tab - This tab is on the far left bottom of the screen. Here you can access your tasks for the day as well as the Road Map to see previously covered tasks. You can also access your current Challenge on this tab. This is where you should start each day!
"Toolkit" tab - This is the second tab from the left and has your craving tools, personal journal, meditations, mood log, stress log, goal tracker, and more!
"Discover" tab - This tab contains the schedule of Zoom meetings as well as the Courses, Challenges, Workshops and book club!
"Forum" tab - This is where you can connect with other community members, post your thoughts, and check in for updates from Reframe team members.
"Me" tab - This is the farthest tab to right, and it has all of your statistics about your journey, your Health Updates, and your drink tracker/log; additionally, your Settings can be found at the top left of this page by clicking the the gear-shaped icon.
